We ship across all 28 states and 8 union territories of India, including remote locations, via Shiprocket and their courier network. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods and national holidays.

Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. YACHT ships DAP (Delivered At Place) — we are not liable for customs delays or duties levied at the destination country.


Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched
  • Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays
  • Orders placed after 3pm IST are processed the following business day

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a live tracking link. You can also track your order anytime at thebrandyacht.com/track-your-order by entering your order number or email address.


Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact us at hello@thebrandyacht.com or WhatsApp +91 99 9969 6166 within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will resolve it promptly.
