Shipping & delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

For domestic orders within India: Standard Shipping takes 3–7 business days. Express Shipping takes 1–3 business days. For international orders: 8–18 business days depending on your location. All timelines are from dispatch, not from order placement.

Do you ship to my city?

Yes. We ship pan-India to all 28 states and 8 union territories including remote locations, via Shiprocket and their courier network. International shipping is available to the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia, Canada, and most other countries.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a live tracking link. You can also visit thebrandyacht.com/track-your-order and enter your order number or email address at any time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders above Rs. 499 qualify for free standard shipping across India. International shipping rates apply for orders outside India – see our Shipping Policy for details.


Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked. The product must be unused and in original condition with tags intact. Raise a return request from your account and we will arrange a free reverse pickup via Shiprocket.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount is credited to your original payment method. UPI and wallet refunds are faster – usually 2–3 business days.

Can I exchange a product for a different colour or size?

We do not process direct exchanges. Raise a return for the original product and place a new order for the correct variant. If the product was defective, we cover all return shipping costs.

I received a damaged product. What do I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thebrandyacht.com or WhatsApp +91 99 9969 6166 with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund – your choice.


Products & materials

What materials are your bags made from?

YACHT bags are made from four materials – canvas, duck cotton, corduroy, and recycled polyester felt. Canvas, duck cotton, and corduroy are natural cotton fibres — biodegradable, durable, and better with age. Our felt range is made from recycled PET bottles, polyester fibres, and post-consumer plastic waste – eco-friendly by origin.

Are your bags eco-friendly?

Yes – across the entire range. Canvas, duck cotton, and corduroy are natural biodegradable fibres that last for years. Our recycled polyester felt is made entirely from recycled materials. Eco-friendly is not a category at YACHT – it is how we choose every material we work with.

What colours are available?

Our bags are available in Natural/Unbleached, Navy Blue, Olive Green, Black, Tan/Camel, and Slate Grey. Not all colours are available for every product – check individual product pages for available variants.

How do I care for my YACHT bag?

Canvas and duck cotton: spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, air dry. Do not machine wash. Corduroy: brush gently with a soft brush to maintain the pile. Recycled felt: wipe clean with a damp cloth, air dry flat. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight across all materials.


Payments & orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods via our certified payment gateway partners – UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners. YACHT never sees or stores your card or banking details. Every transaction is SSL encrypted.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at hello@thebrandyacht.com. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible – but you can raise a return request after delivery.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes. GST invoices are automatically generated for all orders and sent to your registered email. Add your GSTIN at checkout if you are purchasing for a business.


Corporate & gifting

Do you offer corporate gifting or bulk orders?

Yes. We work with companies, design studios, and hospitality businesses looking for considered alternatives to generic corporate gifts. YACHT bags can be customised with branding at bulk volumes. Write to us at hello@thebrandyacht.com with your requirements.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. Every YACHT bag arrives in our signature canvas dust bag with a hand-tied cotton cord — complimentary with every order. No extra charge. It is simply how we believe a bag should arrive.

Can I order felt bags in bulk for events or promotions?

Yes. Our recycled felt bags are well-suited for eco-friendly promotional gifting and brand activations. Contact us at hello@thebrandyacht.com for bulk pricing and custom branding options.
