Returns & Refund Policy

We stand behind every bag we make. If something is not right – in quality, in craft, or in fit – we want to make it right. No difficult questions. No lengthy process. Just a fair resolution.

Return eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery – no questions asked
  • Product must be unused and in original condition with tags intact
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return
  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective
  • Custom or personalised orders are not eligible for return

How to raise a return request

  1. Log in to your account at thebrandyacht.com → My Orders → select the order → click “Return Item”
  2. Select the item and reason for return. Upload a photo if the product is defective.
  3. We will approve your request within 24–48 hours on business days.
  4. A reverse pickup will be arranged via Shiprocket. You do not need to arrange shipping.
  5. Refund is processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the product.

Refund method

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout
  • UPI and wallet payments: refunded within 2–3 business days
  • Credit/debit cards: refunded within 5–7 business days depending on your bank
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or product — raise a return request for the original item and place a new order. If the original item is defective, we will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

Defective or wrong product

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thebrandyacht.com or WhatsApp +91 99 9969 6166 with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and send a replacement or process a full refund — your choice.
