All products sold on thebrandyacht.com are manufactured by Veol E Retail Pvt Ltd at our own facility. We make every effort to display product colours, materials, and dimensions accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without prior notice.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST, unless otherwise stated. For international orders, prices are displayed in the selected currency using live exchange rates. The final charge will be in INR equivalent at the time of transaction.
4. Orders and payment
When you place an order on thebrandyacht.com:
- You will receive an order confirmation email — this confirms we have received your order, not that it has been accepted
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if the product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity
- Full payment is required at the time of placing the order
- Payments are processed by our certified payment gateway partners. We do not store your card or banking details
- All transactions are secured with SSL encryption
In the event of a cancelled order where payment has been made, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Pricing and GST
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian tax regulations. GST invoices are automatically generated for all orders and sent to your registered email address.
For international orders, import duties, customs charges, and local taxes applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. YACHT ships DAP (Delivered At Place) and is not liable for any customs delays or additional charges levied at the destination.
6. Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation and shipped via Shiprocket and their courier network. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods and national holidays.

7. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

We do not process direct exchanges. Please raise a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
